If your objective is to get the very best price for your property, it pays to make a good first impression!

Professional real estate photos boost sales

Professionally photographed homes tend to sell for more money and sell faster than homes listed with point-and-shoot cameras, according to a new study.

Bad real estate photosRegardless of the selling price of your home, it will be professionally photographed and presented online in stunning high definition quality in a full screen slideshow, showcasing all of the best attributes of your home. The Wall Street Journal reported on a study that found real estate listings featuring high quality photographs shot with professional level camera systems actually commanded higher asking prices and tended to sell at greater price than listings shot with ordinary, point and shoot consumer cameras – the kind most Realtors utilize when shooting their own photographs. It was also found that high quality listing photos attract far more attention online.

My listings feature stunning images that will attract more prospective home buyers to your listing. The photos are unique and stand out from ordinary real estate listings, as the vast majority of agents take their own photos with consumer cameras or even worse – a cell phone camera.

Bad real estate photosOne of the most overlooked aspects of real estate marketing is the quality of the photography. The vast majority of real estate listings are shot with ordinary consumer level cameras that simply cannot overcome the complex lighting and spatial challenges presented when shooting the interior of a home.

Economics is a huge driver in all aspects of real estate photography. An agent that sells multi-million dollar homes will hopefully invest in an experienced professional real estate photographer who has the skill and the proper equipment to create spectacular magazine quality images for the listing. However, most agents do not make that same investment for their lower priced listings.

Even the best cameras can’t recreate what the human eye can see. Our unique post-production process brings color-accurate light and depth to each final image and provides potential buyers with a much more realistic and inviting view of your home – in glorious full screen!

Although the New Hampshire MLS only allows a limited number of small, low quality photographs, all of my listings can have an unlimited number of full screen, full quality photographs attached to your listing on the MLS, as shown in this example.
