As the real estate market has heated up over the years, the quality of many real estate agents has seemingly deteriorated. Many have hopped on the bandwagon with little experience. Many feel that placing a sign in your front yard and placing the home in the Multiple Listing Service constitutes a marketing plan. Many seem to disappear once they receive a listing. Now that the market has slowed down somewhat, those newer agents are just beginning to learn that you must actually be a "marketing agent" rather than a "listing agent". Entering a home into the computer does not automatically turn that listing into a sale. The fact that over 80% of buyers begin their search on the internet means that your listing must be marketed aggressively online. You must demand a strong internet campaign by your real estate agent.
I don't just list a home and hope someone else sells it. I have a marketing plan of action that keeps you informed while I get the results you want. I try and give my clients what they want:
